Your vending account is your wallet from which you sell products.
You need to do an electronic funds transfer (EFT), make a deposit at an ATM at a bank of your choice or at a Kazang Transfer Station (VCD Device). Use your account number as reference number with no spaces.
You can see a list of all products that you can sell from the Kazang Web Store at the bottom of the Web Store home page, as well as here. Products include airtime, data, electricity, DStv, TopTV, value added content and more.

On the Kazang Web Store, you can view your balance at the top left-hand box, right under your username. On a Kazang point of sale (POS) machine, you can run a report on the machine to check your balance. You can find it under Reports > Balance.
You can find the banking details once you have logged in at My Account > Reports > Bank Details in the site’s menu. (If you are using a mobile device, it is under Reports > Banking > Bank Details). If you are using a point of sale (POS) device, you can check these details on the device itself like above or ask your Super Dealer or Account Manager.
It takes about 30 minutes for the deposit to reflect on your vending account balance from the time the money reflects on our account. Please be advised that different banks take different times to transfer funds and to notify us.
You do not have enough money in your vending account to sell products to your clients. Please deposit more money into your vending account to carry on selling.
Once you have logged in, the products you see listed are the products that you as Vendor can sell. They may differ from what the site can sell. If you do not see a product that you want to sell, please contact your Super Dealer.
Your Super Dealer is the agency that manages your account. To find your Super Dealer’s details go to the contact page.
