Kazang Connect – Junior Sales Administrator – EPMM

A vacancy exists for a Junior Sales Administrator within the VAS and Card division, EasyPay Money Market, in Cape Town.  

The purpose of this role is to assist the National Accounts Manager and Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Capturing Contracts on CR.
  • EPMM device deployment: 
    • Ordering devices from stores. 
    • Setting customers up on EPMM Portal. 
    • Responding to SE Freshdesk ticket with the customer’s EPID and login details.
  • Any ad-hoc administration as required.
  • Daily reporting on dormant and 3-day no traders. 

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • 3 – 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle is required.

Technical Competencies:

  • Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
