National Trainer



A vacancy exists for a National Trainer within the Micro Merchant Division – Operations, in JHB/Cape Town.  

The National Trainer will be responsible for creating training material and training staff on Kazang products and services.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and managers across various locations.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, seminars, and online sessions.

Program Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions nationally.
  • Manage the logistics of training sessions, including venues, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.

Needs Assessment:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities.
  • Customize training programs to meet specific organizational needs.

Evaluation and Feedback:

  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in training methodologies and technologies.
  • Implement best practices in training and development.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Relevant qualifications related to the role (Certification in training or development).
  • 2 years’ proven experience as a Trainer, preferably on a national level.
  • Strong knowledge of training techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
