Kazang – Micro Merchant Division Growth Manager – Vaults

The Growth Manager – Vaults will assume strategic ownership and accountability for ensuring the delivery of Kazang Direct Vault deployment objectives.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Key point of contact for coordination of sales teams deploying cash vaults.
  • Key point of contact for drop-safe deployment partner.
  • Assessment and reporting of costs/revenues associated with cash-base.
  • Overseeing the growth of the active customer base and rand volumes processed through the base.
  • Strategic input into cash-acquiring products and their interface with the cashless payment’s ecosystem.
  • Managing and reporting on Vault team call cycles and related objectives.
  • Coordinating ancillary/support projects – drop safe deployments, rewards programmes, customer, and sales incentives etc.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Experience in sales management or sales team administration preferable.
  • Experience working in the informal markets of South Africa and lower LSM/informal markets preferable.
  • Experience in Payments or Cash Management plus.

Technical Competencies:

  • Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
