A vacancy exists for a Field Service Dispatcher/ Base Retention Administrator within the Mirco Merchant Division, in the Northern Region, Polokwane.
The Field Service Dispatcher/ Base Retention Administrator will be required to work with large amounts of data and work independently as well as a member of a team.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Task Allocations:
- Prioritize Tasks escalated by Retentions department and Kazang admins.
- Assign tasks in order of importance to Field Service Technicians
- Monitor Daily Activity of Field Service Technicians to establish outcomes – either FST has capacity to attend to more tasks/tickets or won’t be able to achieve deadlines within working hours.
Route / Map Schedule Planning:
- Schedule tasks according to priority tickets per zone/suburb alternating between zones/suburbs weekly.
- Establish routes & resources required to achieve goals of resolving tickets by priority.
Intermediary between Retentions & Field Service Technicians:
- Receiving tickets escalated by Retentions Team and establish priority.
- Assign daily tasks/tickets to FST’s.
- Continuously monitor new tasks/tickets assigned during the day to establish if priority tickets can be attended to faster.
- Update tickets daily on FST’s progress and assign back to Retentions.
- Preparation and Support for the Sales Team
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
- Matric
- English and at least one other African language.
- Previous sales experience, previous Sales Management experience managing 1-10 team members.
